At the Kemptville Training Centre we have developed our own program that combines circuit training and Mixed Martial Arts. This workout consists of six exercises each lasting one minute and repeating the stations four times. Each station is a chosen from a wide variety of MMA techniques making each class different to keep you always learning and never bored. Can you defeat The Opponent? You got this!
